APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
 
 
  1. The Application in this packet is be returned to me filled out in full with your $300.00 deposit made out to CENTRO FRAY LUIS DE LEON, 2 photos for ID cards, official transcript, and photocopy of your passport.
  1. Give 2 letters of recommendation to the faculty you have chosen, one must be outside your major. They can e-mail me if they want to.
  1. The filled out Contract is to be given to me, too.
  1. Those of you from other universities need to find out what the study abroad policy is for those going on a program not affiliated with your home university.
